    A basic doc build for nightmare or veteran. NO real gun requirements explanation of some perks: Needs of the many is used for nightmare , ammo stash is so i dont have to worry about ammo as much and i try to swap with the other players, field surgeon is great healing efficiency and screwdriver cancels it out. The back 5 are movement and all depend where and how the run is. THe rest are the basic medic perks
