This deck is focused on supporting your team while getting maximum value out of every card for Nightmare. This build DOES NOT include the big +healing efficiency cards because after green medical supplies it will result in unnecessary overheal.
-Poultice will be the core card boosting your healing abilities, it outclasses even field surgeon's healing boost with white bandages as well as enabling you to heal teammates with pain pills.
-If there is no Mom on your team you will most likely need Needs of the Many to provide extra lives for your team on nightmare. If you have a mom skip needs of the many and take money grubbers so your economy will be in good shape from the 1st map, you can consider substituting copper scavenger if 3 of your teammates are running grubbers.
-If you can rely on your teammates to share medical supplies box 'o bags' +4 support slots for the team outclasses shoulder bag's +2 for just you and allows you to avoid taking it's -10% dmg penalty.
-Apparently Experienced EMT is still healing trauma post patch even though the patch notes stated this would not be the case, if it ends up being patched I would probably switch this for Saferoom Recovery
-You can play with the order for the next few cards but I've listed them in the order I take them most often. If your team is going down often move medical professional higher to restore lives, if they're doing well and just taking chip dmg consider moving group therapy higher.
-Group Therapy is taken over Charitable Soul, in my opinion this card is very overrated if you're not taking much dmg the self heal is wasted and it needs too much investment in healing efficiency to come online. Group therapy will take care of chip damage both for you and your whole team.
-Medical Expert will boost your free Doc heals, group therapy heals (the boost is based off the healing efficiency of the person you healed so in most cases they will be boosted when you heal yourself only) Also provides some move speed for those situations where you're juggling meds to heal your team.
-Next you can take some +dmg cards, Marked for Death boosts the entire teams dmg output but can be subbed out if other teammates are running it. Generally I use an SMG with this build so I like the +dmg and range provided by silver bullets but this card could be swapped for a sniper specific card if you like or even +reload speed.
-Canned goods will offset the -HP penalties from Box 'o Bags, Surplus Pouches, and Needs of the Many.
