By utilizing Mom's ability and passives. EMT and Group therapy is good support card when u with randos and a terrible Doc.
No need of Support scavenger since we have no trauma resis, and we use pills most of the time until getting blue bandages.
This build is also capable of dealing decent damage at the begining with Ranch rifle, M16 below green tier is fine this patch, Scar and AK is really good above blue tier, and sniper rifles are all good choice to kill mutations but all low ammo efficency on riddens and hordes. If u like using SMGs then killing tallboys wound be a problem. All weapon with long enough aiming will do decent damage.
Consider yourself as a half healer half damage dealer and do every thing to help your team, enjoy :)
