I've used this build on acts 1-3 swapping the card order around as needs for the levels. The basic idea behind this build is to kite around commons and mutations (tallboys/crushers/bruisers, stalkers, reeker/exploder), hunt down stingers/hockers/retches that get away from your sniper/AR and if needed, GTFO to the safe room is everything hits the fan. This deck centers around Ammo Stash, which allows you to infinitely kite & kill common without using ammo. Making you effectively self-sufficient.
I generally try to get a vector and a Tech9/Glock Auto as my weapons.
Cards:
1-4: Get your movespeed up so you can kite around, also add in some damage so you can kill commons faster, plus a bit of reload speed
5-9: From here you pick whichever card bet suits your needs for the given level & corruption cards. I'll generally take ammo stash sooner rather than later, because the reload speed from speed demon applies to the Tech9, offsetting the reload speed reduction of the card. Mad Dash/Cold Brew Coffee combo really well, essentially letting you kit forever. Hyper-Focused if you need to murder a boss or feel like mutations aren't going down fast enough. Fleet of foot if you feel like you're going to need to book it.
10-15: These cards are more supplementary and can be styled to your preference/play style. You've got reload drills if you feel like you need more reload speed. Ridden slayer if you want some more weakspot damage. Knowledge is power is mostly used to call out the health on mutations and know when it's safe to chase one/stand your ground to kill it. Confident Killer for some extra damage. Lastly, cross trainers and superior cardio if you feel like want more stamina, plus a bit of extra health.
