It's focusing on a lot of survivability and some utility / dmg. You are not going to be the best DPS of the team but you are bringing so much utility with your throwables anyway.
Kinda made with act 1 in mind.
Patient hunter and Money Grubbers as a starter to build some economy while still doing reasonable damage.
Bomb Squad for the level 2 of act 1 so you can destroy the Ogre, you should have enough money to buy a bunch of grenades and stock them in the safehouse.
Then you can start building mobility for the level 3 and 4 of act 1 that involves a lot of running around.
