Designed around speed and using the Belgian. Focuses on fast movement for quick striking. No ADS but doesn't require precision kills to function. Just stick and move. Changing a couple of cards would make it usable for other builds as well. Just take out Body Armor if you need more ammo and replace with Fresh Bandage. You can take out Ammo Stash and put in an ammo carrier to change to primaries.
