This is IMO the best way to build an ADS sniper. Jim is obv the best cleaner for this role but anyone can work. Reload speed and ADS speed are very important. Reload speed will also speed up the bolt action on rifles. ADS speed is important because with Hyper Focused we are a sitting duck every time we ADS, so we need to spend the least time ADSing as possible. Broadside is a very important card because it helps tremendously with clearing trash mobs, which is our biggest weakness. Scar Tissue is also a nice addition because it gives us very good resistance against those trash mobs. We have tons of mobility so we should rarely be getting hit, but if we are absolutely swamped, Scar Tissue will help prevent damage and trauma.
