Can use any character but Jim (extra weakspot damage) or Hoffman (starts with a Tac14) are probably best. Great for any difficulty even NM, but might wanna switch out some cards for speed if that's the case. Otherwise it utilizes the two best shotguns for stumble damage, allowing you to stunlock almost any mutation on any level save for bosses.
