Like to use hoffman here again for the extra pouch but not necessary. Any cleaner will do. Can definitely drop Ammo Stash for Offensive Scav if you want. Personal preference. The front of act 2 movement is really helpful. After that, the act can get real boss heavy with 6 guaranteed in the last 4 missions so getting your bombs as soon as possible is recommended. Having some use speed for the boxes to strap to the helicopter along with fire in the hole for temp health and move speed is really nice to get throught that part. Down in front for the final mission to fight the breakers in the church is recommended to prevent killing yourself and teammates in close quarters.
