The deck is no miracle worker in allowing the team to constantly make mistakes like a full healing efficiency doc build, but on the flip side it will be able to save a lot of copper by not relying on med kits. Hopefully this will allow the team to make use of the extra copper cards in buying other utilities.
Once poltice and charitable soul are both online, your team is going to get two poltice stacks every time you pop a support accessory on a teammate, even with pills.
Hyper focused is to enable most weapons to single tap headshot commons more so than as a mutation dps card. Widemouth will let you contribute a bit more if the team is topped off well.
Medical Professional is taken more as a flex pick, and should be used with defibs more so than medkits.
