Line those pockets, and pilfer everything you can find. It's not stealing if it belongs to a corpse. It's grave robbing.
I used this during Act 1 on Nightmare, though granted I had a full stack with me, so while this deck does distinctly lack damage, it makes up for it by assuring your team will find supplies throughout your run, and keep the economy going. Even better if your teammates also have some scavenging cards in their own decks, as scavenger cards do stack! And with all the money you'll have and the supplies you won't have to buy, you don't have to worry about feeling guilty purchasing the occasional perk card you find or using medicine cabinets, all the more to save for team upgrades.
Last thing, I recommend have another teammate also use money grubbers, or copper scavenge, or both to not worry about spending on literally anything.
And feel free to tweak or re-arrange as you see fit. And I'd recommend Hoffman, Karlee or Mom, but regardless its generic enough to be used by anyone really.
